On a Trip to Ilocos

I'm in Ilocos right now on a work-related trip...away from my PC, my wife, and my kids. When I get back I plan on getting right back into Cabal and hopefully more time writing on this blog. Of course, quality time with my family will be my priority.

A gamer really has to learn how to manage time effectively, that's for sure. :P

A Good Cabal Game Guide

If you're interested in playing Cabal and you want to know more about the pros and cons of a specific character, good character build, stats and skill guide, or basically how to choose a character in Cabal, then Cabal Wiki is a good place to start.

Similar to Wikipedia, the site basically answers any Cabal gamer's frequently asked questions in regards to the game. It's worth a visit, whether you're already playing or just starting out.

It's pretty easy to navigate and I'm sure you guys wouldn't have a hard time looking for the information you need.

Cabal Philippines

I'm posting these images of Cabal Online, just in case there's still someone who doesn't know about the game yet (although that's really unlikely!).

And hopefully I can work on some suggestions to make Cabal an even better game to play. Plus, I might just add some tips like good maps to level up in, help with quests, etc.

A Better Layout

I just wanted to put in some time on this blog. I had to go on an out of town trip and I wasn't able to work on this blog as much as I had wanted to. I also changed the template to something dark, since it's much nicer to look at (well, at least I think so) and it's much easier for me to incorporate ads and all into a three column template.

I was also planning on spending the first few posts of this blog about Cabal. I am hooked onto this game so much that whenever they increase the level cap, I attain that level in less than 2 days. One of the issues Cabal in the Philippines is facing is the number of bots. I understand the game moderator's point about banning and punishing accounts who are proven to be using bots in order to advance in the game, but there are ways on how to stop bots in Cabal Philippines. I'll be putting my suggestions in another post which I hope game moderators will read.

I decided just now to put up this blog about the online games that I am playing, have played, and will be playing. It's weird that the template features a Wii when it should be a PC, but it's the best gamer template that I came across.

I'll put in honest reviews of MMORPGs, as well as some tips and tricks that I've learned. I've been playing MMORPGs and LAN games for as long as I can recall, and I am hoping that this new venture of mine will go wee.

Of course, do not expect me to post more than once a week. I'm busy leveling up, working, and making time for my kids. Whew! So this is A Gamer's Life.
